usa - complimentary shipping for orders over $200 usd.

international orders - please email us at info@piecesassembled.com and we will calculate your delivery costs according to your necessity.

Please note that depending on your own country’s Laws and Regulations, you may be charged a customs fee. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country, will be your responsibility as a customer.

orders are processed using the details provided at checkout and shipped to the address specified. before dispatch, we require confirmation that the transaction has been approved through our point-of-sale system. in some cases, additional verification of billing information may be required. if any issues arise, we will contact you directly using the information you provided.

once payment is confirmed, your order will ship within 48 hours. a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment. taxes and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout.

please note: the risk of lost or stolen goods is transferred to the customer once the package is delivered to shipping provider. customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for any lost or damaged items.

canada sales taxes will be charged based on the applicable rates for the province your order is being shipped to.

international: please note, we’re not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by customs, natural events, transfers from ups to your local carrier, or strikes that may affect transportation. any additional fees, customs charges, or other costs that occur once the package leaves canada are the responsibility of the customer.

all returns must be authorized by pieces assembled before a refund can be issued. to request return authorization, please do so here. if you'd like to return an item, it must be postmarked as received by ups within five calendar days of its original delivery.

to be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. footwear should be returned in its original shoebox, and all dust bags, boxes, cards, and care information should be included.

items that are damaged, worn, or incomplete will be returned to the customer, and the cost of return shipping for these items will be the customer's responsibility. pieces assembled reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these guidelines. returns are only accepted for full-priced items. all sale and promotional purchases are final.
