• complimentary shipping on all orders within canada.
• local pick-up and delivery available within downtown toronto — please email info@piecesassembled.com or dm us.
• sales tax will be charged at the applicable provincial rate during checkout.

united states

• complimentary shipping on orders over $200 usd.
• important update (aug 29, 2025): the u.s. de minimis exemption (previously $800) has ended.
• all u.s. orders ship delivered duty paid (ddp) — duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and collected at the time of purchase to avoid unexpected fees at delivery.

international orders

• all orders outside canada and the u.s. ship via tracked international packet.
• shipping costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

customs & duties

• import duties, vat, or other taxes at the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
• pieces assembled inc. is not liable for any fees, delays, or additional costs once the package leaves canada, including customs clearance, strikes, or natural events.

order processing & shipping times

• orders are processed using the details provided at checkout. additional verification may be required before shipping.
• orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

liability for lost or damaged goods
